Sharmaine is a passionate professional who embarked on her journey after graduating from MNSHS Morong, Rizal, Philippines, majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in 2018. Her relentless pursuit led her to establish a thriving career in the BPO industry, starting as a customer service representative.

Throughout her career, Sharmaine has had the privilege of working with renowned companies such as Amazon, Capital One, Soothe, and Citibank, gaining valuable experience and honing her skills in customer service and client relations. Additionally, she had the opportunity to work as an expert reviewer with Vista Social, contributing her insights and expertise to enhance their services.

In her free time, Sharmaine finds solace in a peaceful countryside setting, indulging in her love for books and cherishing quality bonding moments with her mother at their rented home.
